Initial Interview with Kry/Livis talent team📞
If your qualifications align with our requirements, we will schedule an initial video or phone interview. This conversation will be conducted by someone from our Talent Team, who oversees the recruitment process. During the interview, we’ll share more details about Kry/Livi and the role while also learning more about your background to assess if there’s a potential fit.
Hiring manager Interview
If you advance beyond the initial call, you will have the opportunity to meet with a member of the hiring team or the manager for the role. This interview may take place either virtually or in person at our office.
Test/Case Interview
Reaching this stage indicates that the hiring manager views your experience and skills as a strong fit for the role, and we hope you feel that both the position and Kry/Livi align with your expectations. Depending on the role, this step may vary, and the Talent team will let you know if a test or case study is part of the process and if there is anything you need to do/prepare for before the interview. The case interview is usually held by the hiring manager and another member of the team.
References and background checks
You’re almost there! The final step in our hiring process is to gather your references digitally. We will also do a background check against the criminal record on all our applicants at this stage.
Offer & contract signing
After coming to an agreement regarding our offer, we will send you your contract to sign digitally.
On-boarding
When you join Kry/Livi, your manager and new team will guide you through a tailored onboarding process to help you gain a thorough understanding of our organization and your role. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with the colleagues you’ll work closely with.
