This position is based in Stockholm Sweden, however for the correct candidate we are open to potential remote work from within Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the definition and implementation of cyber security strategies, processes and procedures with main focus on identification, detection and response. You will use a combination of automation, open-source software and managed services to scale our capabilities.

• Lead at the same time as work operationally with ensuring the technical work gets done in all areas of security - application-, cloud- and IT security. Participate in our security operations rotation to monitor and react to real time threats and vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with our engineering managers to understand our risks and help prioritize work as well as mentor other security engineers.

• Influence and drive a security focused culture, through adoption and assists with the creation of training materials and training campaigns for internal consumption.

• Participate in audits, gathering evidence or validating security controls, gap-analysis.
  
  
  
  Your profile & skills

• Bachelor’s or higher degree within engineering, IT or related fields or the same knowledge acquired elsewhere.

• The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years relevant work experience in the security area and hands-on technical experience including security monitoring, incident response handling using SIEM and endpoint monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with IAM, Conditional Access and MDM, CI/DC and Containerization is a bonus.

• Track record of managing Microsoft cloud products.

• Previous experience with pen-testing, compliance requirements (ISO 27001), NIS.

• You thrive in a role with a lot of freedom and responsibility. You have a generalist problem-solving mindset and love to learn new technologies.

• You can work both independently and as part of a team with people from different backgrounds. You possess a strong “can do” attitude, with a mindset for troubleshooting and a passion for service.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, you are comfortable with presenting your work. Knowledge of Swedish is a strong bonus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Powershell, Python and Bash
